Privacy policy

This website is operated by 16450881 Canada Inc (“1645 Labs”, “we”), based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what we collect through the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive:

  • the name, email address, and message you enter;
  • the time of submission, your IP address, and your browser’s user agent, which we use to detect spam and abuse.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

What we do not collect

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and does not load third-party scripts or fonts.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, to keep a record of our business correspondence, and to protect the site from misuse. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone except the service providers that host this site and store messages on our behalf, or where the law requires it.

Where it is stored

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, and contact form messages are stored in Cloudflare’s storage service. Your information may therefore be processed and stored outside Canada, including in the United States.

Retention and your choices

We keep messages for as long as they are useful for responding to you and for our business records. You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us by emailing hello@1645labs.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
